People & Places Developments is one of the prominent real estate development companies in Egypt, committed to creating exceptional residential communities that offer residents comfort, tranquility, and a strong sense of community. This vision is clearly reflected in one of its notable coastal developments, The Med Ras El Hekma. One of the key strengths of People & Places Developments is its careful approach to selecting the locations of its projects. The company recognizes the importance of location in creating successful developments, which is why it focuses on strategically selected destinations in some of Egypt’s most sought-after areas. When launching The Med North Coast, People & Places selected a strategic location close to major roads, transportation axes, and key destinations, enhancing the project's accessibility and positioning it as a distinctive coastal destination in Ras El Hekma.

The Med North Coast offers a unique coastal living experience where the beauty of nature blends seamlessly with exceptional levels of luxury and comfort. Developed by People & Places Developments, the project was designed as an extraordinary destination inspired by some of the world’s finest coastal communities. People & Places collaborated with leading engineering and design firms to create a distinctive architectural concept that reflects elegance, sophistication, and attention to detail. The Med North Coast features a diverse selection of residential units, many of which offer stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, allowing residents to enjoy breathtaking scenery throughout the day. The project’s exceptional design extends beyond the residential units, with expansive green spaces, beautifully landscaped gardens, artificial lakes, and swimming pools that enhance the overall atmosphere. Together, these elements create a peaceful and luxurious coastal community designed to provide residents with comfort, privacy, and an elevated lifestyle in every detail.
